Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Molty Hosting's cloud hosting services ("Service") operated by Molty Hosting ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Molty Hosting provides dedicated cloud server hosting for Moltbot, a third-party personal AI assistant software. We provide:

• Dedicated virtual private server (VPS) infrastructure
• Pre-installed Moltbot software
• Server maintenance and uptime monitoring
• Technical support for infrastructure issues

We do not develop, own, or control Moltbot software. Moltbot is an open-source project with its own license terms.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
• Engage in illegal activities or facilitate harm to others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use excessive bandwidth or resources that impact other users

4. Payment and Billing

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable notice)
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party service outages (including Moltbot, AI providers, or messaging platforms)
• Issues caused by your use or configuration

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of data on our servers is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• You retain ownership of your data
• We have infrastructure-level access for maintenance purposes
• We do not monitor your Moltbot activity or message content
• You are responsible for backing up your own data
• Data may be stored in datacenters in various locations (US, Europe)

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Service continues until the end of your billing period
• Your server and data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refunds for partial months

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for Terms violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
